The Large, open-plan, living/dining room has Cable TV and DVD. A fully fitted kitchen and separate utility/Laundry room help lighten the domestic load. About the Poolside:
The pool deck is equipped with a full range of high quality pool furniture. The 30ft x 15ft Pool is fully screened and heated. The large deck area is big enough for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sunshine in and around the private heated pool. Through the pool screen there is a marvellous lakeside view.
